Our control panels are designed to manage six different ingredients that are mixed in large drums, ensuring precise proportioning and uniform mixing. This is achieved using synchronized AC & DC drives, which also perform dynamic weighing and ingredient totalization as per operational requirements.
We have supplied these advanced control panels to well-known OEM road equipment manufacturers in Delhi, including Everest Road Equipments and Shivshakti Road Equipments. Together, we have delivered more than 300 control panel units, which are currently operating successfully across India from Ladakh to Tripura.
In addition to manufacturing, we also provide prompt on-site service, maintenance, and technical support whenever required, ensuring uninterrupted operations for our clients.
Our capabilities also extend to numerical automation systems for CNC machines. In one project, we developed a custom control panel for an imported CNC lathe machine from Germany. After the successful performance of the first panel, the client imported another similar machine and chose\our solution again. Today, both control panels are delivering excellent performance and reliability, meeting the customer’s production requirements. This installation is currently operating in a dye manufacturing unit located in Vasai, Thane district.
