across India — from Ladakh to Tripura. Our team also provides prompt on-site service and
technical support whenever required.
In the textile sector, we have designed and installed synchronized control panels for multiple motor operations. For R.P. Synthetics, Rabale (Navi Mumbai), we supplied three advanced panels, each operating 18 synchronized motors using AC and DC drives.
Additionally, we have supplied 8 synchronous panels for drum winding applications, ensuring precise speed control and improved production efficiency.
We have also worked on numerical control systems for CNC machines, including the development of custom control panels for imported CNC lathe machines from Germany.
After the successful performance of the first panel, the client imported another machine and again selected our solution. These machines are currently operating efficiently in a dye manufacturing
unit located in Vasai.
Another key capability is developing prototype PCBs and replacement control panels for Chinese and German machines when original electronics are unavailable or outdated.
Recently, we successfully replaced the control panel of a Chinese zipper manufacturing machine for Roll Zipper at Sarigam GIDC, improving the machine’s performance and reliability.
