To update my latest contact information (mobile number, email -id, address) in the policy.
To visit the official website of the insurance company for all queries and service requests.
To draw the premium payment cheque in f/o the company and not submit BLANK cheque.
To avoid any CASH transactions for policy related transactions.
To avoid sharing policy information with any unauthorized person
To avoid entertaining spam calls claiming to provide benefits on my policy which are not detailed in the policy bond (additional bonus ; interim payout ; final payout , etc)
To ensure premium payment through the authentic weblink / web mode and will avoid clicking on any unauthorized link sent for payment of premium.
